To Otto Tepper1    23 June 1893

23/6/93

In der That geht nun schon Manuscript dahin ab.

I believe I have already written to you, dear Mr Tepper, that Mr Bailey has withdrawn from his false position in respect to the completion of the Flora, and intends now to leave the field alone to me.2

I have now also received from the Chief Secretary here permission for the volume to be printed in the Government Printing Office. In fact, the manuscript is already going off to there now.3

I have advised Bailey to prepare a complete flora with localities and so on for Queensland.4

With best greetings

Your

Ferd. von Mueller.

Please communicate this to our friends Holtze and Krichauff. I have sent some lines directly to Professor Tate.5
