What you or Dr Woolls called the "Lycoperdon," dear Miss Walker is a Lysurus, perhaps distinct of the L. Australiensis (of Cooke & Massey). I should like very much to see a specimen. If you find one or more, will you kindly send them fresh or carefully pressed and dried.
