Your specimen of the yellow flowered Composite Crepis is mislaid, dear Mr Williamson, so that when I wanted to place it before the Field-Naturalists Club this day, I could not find it. Would you be so good to send me some few other specimens of this Crepis, particularly also some with ripe fruits. Your Amarantus,1 also a weed new for Victoria, is undoubtedly A. retroflexus L, but I had some difficulty to identify it in so large a genus, as your specimen was fragmentary only with no well formed leaves on it.2
Would a letter to Mt. Sturgeon secure perhaps fruit of your Grevillea at this season.3
