To William Thiselton-Dyer   22 June 1894

22/6/94.1

My best thanks are due to you, dear Dr Dyer, for sending back a lot of fungs named, which thus become an addition to referential typic collection here. The New Zealand fungs are also particularly acceptable, as very little mycologic material from those islands is contained as yet in the two large halls here. In all probability Kew will receive through me within the next few weeks some more fungs accompanied by colored drawings from Miss A. F. Walker of the Paramatta-River region.2

Regardfully your

Ferd. von Mueller.

Annotated in red ink by William Hemsley:Ackd. 7.9.94 and in black ink: List sent 25.9.94(neither letter nor list found).

Parramatta, NSW. See M to A. Walker, 22 June 1894.

In all probability ... some more fungs is marked with a red pencil line.
