Baron Von Mueller K.C.M.G. &c &c

Melbourne

My Dear Baron,

I thank you very much indeed for your information about the plant I sent you.1

It is decided that I go on to Coolgardie next Wednesday and then in about 4 weeks join a mail steamer at Albany2 and go on to London. As I shall want to make myself known as much as possible I will be very glad if you will give me a letter of introduction to the President of the Royal Geographical Society London.

My business is mining but I shall be glad to speak on Australian Exploration as well as the mineral resources of the West.

Hoping you are well

I am

Faithfully Yours

David Lindsay
