Wollen Sie so freundlich sein, geehrter Herr Professor, worauf sich diese Notiz bezieht. Es kann nicht sein auf die für Californien gewiss hochwichtigen Atriplex Arten Australiens, da der Schreiber seine Pflanze mit Medicago sativa vergleicht.

Would you be so kind, esteemed Professor, as to refer to this note?1 It cannot be about the Atriplex species of Australia, certainly highly important for California, because the writer compares his plant with Medicago sativa.
