Dear Baron

While collecting in the Eumundi2 scrub the other day I met with for the first time, a raceme of ripe fruit of your Helicia glabriflora and find it will have to be placed in my Cyanocarpus. There will be no occasion however to alter the specific name. I point this out to you as in any publication where you may speak of the plant it will be well to mention it henceforth as Cyanocarpus glabriflorus.3 Hoping your health continues good I am always yours very truly,

F. Manson Bailey
