From Ferdinand von Mueller to Léon Dejardin   1 Nov 1895

Finally I found, dear Chevalier Dejardin, that I could not very well get the case for the "Polynesian" ready, concerning which you kindly spoke to the acting Captain.1 So two cases will be sent by the next French Mail-Steamer for the Musée d'histoire naturelle.
