Parkstone, Dorset.

Dear Mr Sims2
I shall be glad to hear how you are getting on, and whether you are going to stay on in Lillie Road. As soon as the weather is showery I could send you the rooted cuttings of Cotoneaster to plant on Fanny’s3 grave,— unless you have covered it in any other way. I hope you have been well during the [2] winter & have got on tolerably with business. With the exception of colds and slight bronchitis we have been all right.
Has your brother sold his house yet? Will seems to enjoy his work at Newcastle & Violet hers at Liverpool4.
With best wishes | Believe me | yours very truly | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
