The left side of the postcard, which is torn down the centre, is missing, so the left-hand side of the address is also missing. The text on the verso has been written parallel to the tear and the lower half, including signature if any, is missing.
Annotated "WP18/35" above the postmark, in pencil, in an unknown hand.
Tusch is a German surname and may be the author.
The card is postmarked "Breslau | 9.6.96".
Hertzka, Theodor. (1845-1924). Hungarian-Austrian social theorist.
The letter, which begins "Dear brother in the spirit of pure spiritualism and Theosopy" appears to be asking Wallace whether he has or wants the presidency of a commission, and refers to a letter of recommendation either by or for Dr. Theodor Hertzka.
