In the matter of the sum of one hundred pounds received by John Wallace1 from Mrs. Sims2, on account of Rents of houses in Albany Street the property of the late Michael Webster3, the said John Wallace hereby declares, by his attorney Alfred R. Wallace, that Mrs. Sims acted as his agent in the management of the said property, and that he alone is responsible to all persons who may have any legal claim upon the said estate, and hereby releases the said Mrs. Sims' from all responsibility in respect to such property, and undertakes to answer all claimants thereto.
