Sir Oliver Lodge.1

Dear Sir Oliver

Will you kindly give me some information on a point of cosmical physics. It is, whether any determinations have been made of the heat derived from the stars by the earth or by any body in space.

Also is there any evidence of any kind of radiation — electrict, magnetic, Hertzian, &c. &c. reaching us from the stars. Or can you refer me [2] to any work dealing with these subjects.

Believe me, | yours very truly | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
