Dear Mr. Wallace
There is no doubt you are at liberty & welcome to republish your art[icle] on "Reoccupation of the Land" from Forecasts. We are grateful to you for the use of it, & even if we could make any objection to its republ[icatio]n. there w[oul]d be no reason for doing so — since the w[oul]d. not do any [2] harm to forecasts.
Forecasts has done fairly well — considering the late low ebb of socialistic literature — sold some 2000 or 3000 copies I think.
May you be long with us yet to hearten us up in the good cause! I am in Norwich for a day or two just now to [3] welcome Fred Charles — one of the Walsall Anarchists just out of prison.
Do you see anything of Casey nowadays?
With hearty greetings | Yours sincerely | Edw[ar]d Carpenter [signature]
