Parkstone, Dorset
Tuesday Evening [1892]
My dear Violet
I have just now returned from the North after lecturing in York, Newcastle, & Darlington — & am so full of work with lots of letters, plants for garden, wooden walls &c. &c. that I cannot write now about seeds, so I send you Lubbock’s book & if you read Chapters 3 & 4, you will find lots of interesting [2] facts about seeds which will suffice for half a dozen lessons. You can find some of the common plants in seed now no doubt.
