Your paper contributed to the Psychical Science Congress, after it had been read, was handed to me by Dr. Elliott Coues.3 to publish in the Religio Philosophical Journal, which has been the last year the official organ of the Committee on this Congress.

Some copies of the Journal containing the paper which was listened to by a very long audience with rapt attention, will be mailed to your address.

The name of the editor and publisher has been scribbled over by the author of the letter, "DY" still visible.
The rest of the date is missing as the top right hand corner of the letter has been removed. A suspected date of "[1893?]" is written underneath.
