It will be a favour highly appreciated by the readers of the "Woman's Signal" and especially by myself if you will write a letter,1 no matter how brief, making reply to Mr. Besant2 from your more enlightened point of view. Several of our leading public men will be heard from in this way in our next issue, and I feel confident that for the sake of the cause involved, you will help us by sending a few lines.
