The Director1 is writing2 to you so I have only to give you the address of a typist: -

If you are in a hurry I am afraid there will be a little difficulty because the typing must be done at the Herbarium. [2] I have been looking curiously over some of the earlier of Spruce’s3Peruvian letters to Sir W. Hooker4 and I should say they are of great interest in relation to Cinchona.
