As Ma forgot to send you Will’s1 last letter or your poetry book, I now send them. But I am very busy so cannot write much. If your directors are not very liberal I think you had better give them the sack. I shall be very glad to have you home a bit; & then if you get nothing suitable we can [2] discuss ways & means for your residence in Germany for a time.
