Dear Sir,
I shall be very glad to look over your vaccination essay, but I have not the last of the evidence given before the Commission and doubt whether there is much more to be said. I am myself favourable to vaccination but, of course, compulsion is a different matter & [2] one which is highly arguable and the arguments in favour of which have undoubtedly been weakened by recent admissions.
