I have taken the liberty to address to your care — a small package for Mr. Wallace — (author of "Malayan Archipelago."1) which I beg you will put in the way of reaching him. I send it by mail — postage paid. It contains two American school atlases — sent for samples of maps — for use in representing the facts of geographical distribution.
