mon ami m. Wheeler m’apprend que vous voulez bien recommander mon livre Primitive Property. On m’ assure que l’editeur macmillan le cede à moitié prix si on prend un certain nombre.

Oserais-je vous demander la service que voici. Un Mr d’Edimbourg m’a envoyé une lettre imprimée qu’il adresse aussi, dit’il, aux Economistes occupés de la Question sociale. Je annonce qu’il veut fonder un prix au moyen d’une dotation de 4,000 £ St[erling]. Pour le meilleur livre sur la question.

J’ai perdu cette lettre. M. Wallace ne l’a-t’il pas recue? Queles sont le nom et adresse de ce monsieur.
