Ferrybridge, Yorkshire, about 15 miles SE of Leeds.
Year between 1863, when the author, Richard Monckton Milnes, was elevated to the Peerage as the first Baron Houghton, and his death in 1884. ODNB. "[not later than 1884]" is written in pencil in an unknown hand below the date, possibly by the repository.
