I am sorry to learn that you have not yet been able to secure a little anchorage ground before turning out, to starting on an exploration journey. Let me urge you to persevere, and secure if only two rooms where some accustomed possession and furniture may always be found. This is really a medicine prescription!

My very kind regards to Mr Wallace. I feel a sort of jealousy of his planting himself very far off, as I should like to be a neighbour in our colony...when established??
