Everybody for the next year or so will be writing on the glorious achievements
of the century that is about to close. I see in the American Fabian that you Have been quoted as saying that the greatest failure of the nineteenth century has been the desire strife for social equality.
Can you not write a short article, like the one you sent us not long ago, on that
topic? I am sure it would command a great deal of attention.
