The Demise anniversary of Charles DARWIN¹

Prof Oscar Alexander Young² ([illeg.] Yung) has been desired in exalted quarters to lend at the forthcoming centennial exhibition apropos the above intellectual giant for & thro all the ages at Cambridge June 12^th the writers impromptu oil sketch himself Tuesday April 5^th 1876 at Down, titled "A great eventide”, should the same be entertained in the affirmative then, in receipt of a literary acquiescence the success and instrument will be forwarded to the illustration minded [illeg.] (the recipient for the momentary transition from Burlington House.
