In reply to yours of 13th inst. I have no doubt we can arrange terms of publication of my booklet on Mars—

But although it is nearly all in Mss. there are a few very difficult points on which I am consulting mathematical friends, and untill[sic] I hear from them I cannot send you the Mss. for setting up.
