In reply to yours of 13th inst.2 I have no doubt we can arrange terms of publication of my booklet on Mars—2

But although it is nearly all in MSS. there are a few very difficult points on which I am consulting mathematical friends, and untill [sic] I hear from them I cannot send you the MSS. for setting up.
