I send you herewith my MSS. chapter on "Hybridity". The specially interesting part is from p. 35 to the end, and if you are short of time you can merely look over the "headings" of the previous part. But as it all works together I would rather you should read the whole, even though much of it is old matter to you — Though I think more systematically arranged than [2] it has been hitherto put.
I have also finished chapter on "Colour", & on "Mimicry" — but these subjects of course have to be treated very generally, owing to the mass of matter.
Hoping we are going to have some indications of Spring soon —
