Dear Newton
I send you herewith my promised contribution for the "Ibis".2 When you send me the proof let me have the Mss. also, as there are a good many little things which may not be printed correctly.
The table of Distribution will come in your pages very well, if printed like that of Parrots in "Proc[eedings]. Zool[ogical]. Soc[iety]. 1864.3 p. —
Let me know if you will print it in your [2] October No.4 I shall expect you to let me have my 25 copies of it.
Hope you are quite well & have enjoyed this glorious summer.
Yours very sincerely | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
