Grimsel Hospice

Thursday Evening

My dear Annie

We had a glorious walk today over the Grimsel Pass, & I got a lot of Soldanellas and a Primula which I send off in a box. A bigger box was sent from Rhone Glacier Hotel yesterday. Tomorrow we shall walk from here to Handeck to botanise on the way & see the finest waterfall in Switzerland. Pa is quite well & sends his love to Ma & you. Splendid weather so far.

Yours very affectionately | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
