I return you with many thanks the two books you were so good as to lend me for railway reading. "The Golden Nugget" is delightful but the other book— "As it was Written" is one of the most horrible stories I ever read— too demonical & painful for my taste, though undoubtedly very cleverly & powerfully written.
I enclose a few Zoo tickets.
