Dear Mr Cockerell
If you come here or to Bournemouth to stay a week I shall be most happy to see you as often as you like to call. If you will tell me what kind of accommodation you want, & at what price I will try & get a lodging for you, unless you like to stay at an Inn, in which case Sea View Hotel would be best, as it has a grand view and all the sun. It is however just as cold here now [2] as anywhere else.
My letter must have crossed yours so I will say no more now.
Yours very faithfully | Alfred R Wallace [signature]
