Dear Dr. Gunther2

I am in a little doubt as to what you told me about the families & subfamilies in the Colubridae.

I have united

Coronellidae

Colabridae

Natricidae

} = Colubridae

but I am not sure if Dyadidae belong to them too, or form a separate family,— or whether it is one of the others which shd. form a separate family. I have not the B. M. Catalogues now by me so shall be obliged if you [2] will tell me simply which of the above named groups go to form the Colubridae, & which, if any, stand alone.
