Hewitson2 almost always reset all his butterflies & took off the tickets, & never replaced them! But my private Coll. would have nothing on the insects but the little round tickets for locality. Fully nine-tenths of the moths were from Sarawak I expect.

W. W. Saunders3 had a curator when he bought all my insects & you could probably find who he was from Mr. Saunders’ son4 or from Stevens.5
