Frith Hill, Godalming.
Septr. 24th. 1884
My dear Meldola
As I see you are engaged for Saturday week at Epping Forest will you come here next Saturday till Monday morning; & if you bring your sugar bottle perhaps a few moths may be had, as some red-underwings were taken by Willie’s friend John Benson in their garden a fortnight back.
Hoping you & your mother are quite well.
Believe me| Yours faithfully| Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
