Broadstone, Wimborne

Decr.. 22nd. 1905

My dear Meldola

The accompanying paper, being unreadable to me, but on a subject which seems to be of interest, I pass it on to you, in the hope that you may find time to read it and if there is anything new or good in it, may write an abstract or critical notice of it for "Nature" or for the Ent[omological] Soc[iety].

I am now very busy gardening &c. having got a lot of extra [2] ground & a new entrance to the house. Some time in the Spring I hope you will look us up.

With kind remembrances & best wishes for the New Year to Mrs. Meldola & yourself.

Believe me| Yours very truly| Alfred R. Wallace [signature]

P.S. The most Radical Government yet known in England, with John Burns & Lloyd George in the [3] Cabinet, gives me a new interest in life & the hope to live a few years longer to see what will come of it.
