Dear Dr. Collins
I have just heard that the County Council have recently provided in some of the Parks sand-heaps & other amusements for the smaller children. As this is a subject in which my daughter, who is a Kindergarten Mistress, takes great interest, can you be as good as to send me any Report of the Parks [2] Committee, or other publication giving a statement of what has been done in this way.
How disgracefully slow the Government is in giving any effect to the numerous recommendations of the Vaccination Commission,— allowing men & women to be continually fined & imprisoned in direct opposition to them. [3]They should at least stop prosecutions till they decide what to do.
Believe me | Yours very truly | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
