Please excuse my answering your many letters, as I am very busy correcting proofs all day quite as much as I can do. I would not advise your buying any of the books you mention, or indeed any books without seeing them first. So many books with attractive titles have really nothing of value in them. "Knowledge" seems to me now rather poor to what it used to me.
