Though I have built several houses myself I cannot make any such suggestions as you want. The subject is far too complex & difficult. & I am much [1 word illeg.]2. 3

Words 'Dear Sir' have been obscured with white correcting fluid.
Words '& I am much [1 word illeg.]' obscured with white correcting fluid.
The letter is annotated in pencil in three distinct hands. The first hand states 'Delete ink smears & portions rushed'. The second hand then annotates the letter with the following: 'Cut out all pencilled. Cut & push up Yours truly Alfred Wallace. But join must [1 word ileg.] not show. If it will, give me a block of Yours truly AR Wallace [1 word illeg].' The third hand appears on the reverse of the letter and states 'Romford Garden home[?] 29 of 2o/c[?].'
