My dear Prof. Marsh
I have just established myself here for the winter & think I shall like it much, as there are plenty of men of congenial taste & much to see in the museums & other public institutions. In looking over the papers you were so good as to give me I find that I have parts 1. 4. 5. 7. or 8 of those on the Jurassic Dinosaurs. Can you now find any of the others for me? I especially want the one giving the classification, pub[lishe]d in Jan 1882 (Part 6.) Can you refer me to any article giving any account of your researches in general & you [2] travels & explorations, besides that entitled— "A Perilous[?] Fossil Plant", which you gave me.
Are the 118 boxes unpacked yet & is there anything especially good & new in them?
Believe me | yours very faithfully | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
Prof. O. C. Marsh.
