to be held (by permission of the Council of the Institution of Civil Engineers3) in the Meeting Room of the Institution, Great George Street, Westminster, S.W.,4 at 2.30 p.m.

Holders of Tickets for Rows A, B, C, and R only, to cross the Hall on the ground floor, and pass by the Council-room and private staircase.
Holders of Tickets for Rows D to O inclusive and X to pass up the main staircase to the balcony; Pink Tickets by the left-hand, and Yellow Tickets by the right-hand entrance.
The Stewards, distinguished by their rosettes, will assist in directing Visitors to their seats.
