Pinicola burtoni1— of the Hand List2 (p. 109) from Cameroon. W[est]. Af[rica].! Is the genus or the locality wrong?

[1 word illeg.] pectoralisS[outh]. Africa. Layard[?]3 says he received a specimen & [3 words illeg.] found it in Natal4. Newton5, says it is all a mistake! Which is right?
