Dear Sharpe
I shall be very glad to see you on Sunday. Trains from Chalk Farm at 10.15 and 10.30 am. and from Fenchurch S[tree]t. 10.52 & 11.22 ... Return ticket from any station on N[orth]. London line 2/6 first class — same[?] from Fenchurch S[tree]t. Plenty of return trains in Evening.
At Grays Station you will see my house on top of hill to left, road as shown by this sketch.2
[2] If you send a card to say which train you will come by I will meet you half way.
