In your journal of Sept 28th 1912 you have a picture of Alfred Russell [sic] Wallace. This engraving is a better picture of my own Father than any I have of him.
My Father1 has been dead 6 years and never would talk about his relations in England.
My Father was born 10 years later than A.R. Wallace.1 If you can give A.R. Wallaces address I would be pleased to write him.
I see in to-day’s Chicago Record that he is still living. An early reply would be appreciated.
