I see with interest in the papers that you intend sending out a new book.

Which is going to put things right as to wages and poverty and oppression &c.

I believe that every little helps.

But I am also sure that your book— with all the books in the world to aid it, will never make the Cruel, greedy, unscrupulous capitalist anything else than what he now is, and always was— [2] in all lands— the insatiable bloodsucker of humanity, and invariation of every Evil under the Sun — direct or indirect:

Whom to destroy as such, it is your business and name, as well as the business of almighty god, and every honest man’s business on the means face of the Earth today.

Things have become insufferable. The hells of America and England are reproduced in every nation. The telegraph makes every new and other capitalist one vast Chamber of Commerce.

They have secured the Press, and make Peace and war as they please. Railway & Shipping Oil and Coal and Iron are theirs: All trades [3] Food, Clothing, Tobacco, Beer and Boots— nothing is overlooked— Wholesale and Retail.

They seize at the source all produce and follow every item of profit to the consumers.

Banks, Insurance Coy [Company], everything is in their hands— all govt’s Parls [Parliament] & municipalities.

One good result Sides are made clear. These are only two parties the Capitalist as a combination and the victim. I do not mention Land or Houses

The Capitalist holds them all.

Is the victim helpless then? By no means! On the contrary, he holds every thing in the hollow of his hand – when he holds a magazine Rifle these with 300 Cartridges on a haversack over his shoulder!

[4] The rich mans wealth in these latter days is his danger:

I would make him redeem his life with his skin!

This is the Gospel of Deliverance you must preach — no other heritage is worth learning or worth considering.

The rifles will force the enemy to reflect in any case and things can not be worse than they are!

Avarice and Cruelty have far exceeded— The day of the retribution and redemption has come, if men of great influence like you speak out—and guide rightly.
