I regret more than I can say that your copies of the book have not been sent to you before this. I have just changed my secretary & as it is her work to have the presentation copies sent off, and, being new, she overlooked the fact that there were 2 agreements, one with Mr. Marchant in addition to your own. This is the explanation, and I repeat that I regret very much the oversight.
