In accordance with your instructions we have inspected the property and known as "CORFE LODGE", Osborne Road, Parkstone and beg to report as follows:—

The House contains on the LOWER GROUND FLOOR, or Basement floor:—

Dining Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Housemaid's Pantry, tiled passage, communicating with Cellar, Larder and Boxroom, Conservatory and. W.C.

On the GROUND FLOOR:—

Hall, with lavatory, Drawing Room, Morning Room, 2 Bedrooms, Dressing Room, combined Bathroom and W.C., which communicates with glazed side Entrance Porch.

On the FIRST FLOOR:-

2 Bedrooms.

We understand the total area of the property comprises [2] [p. 2] 2

7[?] porches, 17 yards and that the house and major portion of the ground is held on a lease for 999 years, from about 1887 at an annual ground rent of £10; and that the portion of the garden to the East, having an approximate frontage of 45ft. to the Sandringham Road, with an average depth of 125 ft. is freehold, and that the whole of the property is now let on lease for 14 or 21 years from September 29th.1902, at the annual rental of £65, the tenant covenanting to keep the inside of the premises in repair.

The property is maintained in good order and repair and we appraise the value of it for the purpose of probate at £985, (nine hundred and eighty five pounds).
