Dear Sir,
I am extremely obliged for the interest — I may add very generous interest taken by the Prime Minister in the case of Mr W. & Miss Violet Wallace. I have communicated with them to ascertain their views. Also I have communicated with Mr. Marchant to ascertain whether in the event of a trusteeship being recommended he would consent to act with me in that capacity.
You shall have full particulars in due course. In the mean time I beg you to convey to the Prime Minister my grateful appreciation of his efforts in this case,
Yours very faithfully, | R. Meldola [signature]
