Howarth, Osbert John Radcliffe (1877-1954) Secretary of the British Association for the Advancement of Science 1909-1946.
Written in blue pencil on the back of page 1.
Hornung, Eugen of Karlsruhe-am-Rhein, Germany (no dates or biographical details found). He sought information from William Greenell Wallace related to his proposed biography of ARW on a number of occasions, (see WCP6365 and 6366 (1933), 6367 and 6368 (1934)). There is no record of a biography by him having been published.
