My dear Clement Reid
We propose coming tomorrow, with Mr. Mitten1, who is staying with us, to have a stroll in the forest & will call on you on our way back say about 4, when perhaps Mrs. Reid2 will give us a cup of tea. We have had a visitor for some days or should have come earlier.
Yours very truly | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
If fine we shall probably come by the 9.39 train from here.. A.R.W.
