Dear Mrs Hooker
We have at last found a new home and move there in a few days. It is at Parkstone Dorsetshire, close to Bournemouth and Poole, in a mild and healthy district with beautiful and interesting country around and plenty of society. Should you come again to England you must come & see us in a still smaller house than Nutwood Cottage, but equally pretty. I hope you have received my new book — Darwinism — which I ordered the publishers to send you. With best wishes
Believe me Yours very sincerely | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
